Begin the evening with an appetizer flight featuring a grilled shrimp cocktail with a mango cocktail sauce, petite elote, beef and cilantro empanada, and chicken flauta. Then work your way down the menu to the main courses with options from both the land and the sea. Have your pick from a ten-ounce New York strip steak covered in a chimichurri sauce or the Yucatan Salmon with a heart of palm salad. End the evening with your favorite glass of wine and a slice of tomatillo tart, strawberry shortcake, or chocolate dream cake. Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Dinner reservations will be available from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This Prix Fixe dinner is priced at $60.00 per person, not including tax and tip, and is open to our guests and locals. Patrons can park on the premises and access Coastal Kitchen by entering through the front entrance of the hotel in the lobby.
